Fred has been a full time real estate broker in the Puget Sound Region and was first licensed 42 years ago in 1979 and has been a Managing Broker since July of 1993. With over 32 years at John L. Scott Real Estate, his clients have been very successful in the sale and acquisition of New and Resale Homes, Condominiums, Resort-Vacation properties along with being one of the few Land and Homesite Real Estate Experts in the region. Fred is dedicated to offering the maximum amount of care to every life he touches. Fred has many experts he can refer you to including Real Estate Attorney's, Engineers, Soils Experts, Biologists, Inspectors, Contractors, Title and Escrow Experts.
